Stainless Steel Unsharpened Iaido Training Sword

Our traditional forging methods include heat tempering or clay tempering. All of Handmade Sword’s blades are full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith. They can be fully disassembled and assembled if needed. Most of our functional blades are made of high carbon content steel, while there are also blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Iaido training swords. The fittings, including Tsuba, are mostly made of brass, copper, iron, or alloy, depending on the specific Tsuba. The handles and scabbards are usually made of wood, covered by rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito.

Our package includes 1 assembled sword with saya, 1 black cotton bag, and 1 tube cardboard sword box. Please note that the sword stand is not included. The approximate measurements are a 21" blade, 9.5" handle, and overall length of 32". The wooden handle is covered with rayskin and wrapped with black cotton cord, and the black piano lacquered wooden scabbard is tied with black cotton Sageo.
