Our traditional forging methods include heat tempering and clay tempering. All of our blades are full tang, engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, and can be fully disassembled and reassembled. Most of our functional blades are made of high carbon content steel, with some made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Aikido training swords. The tuba and other fittings are mostly made of brass, copper, iron, or alloy, depending on the specific tuba. Handles and scabbards are made of wood or other specified materials. The handles are covered by ray skin and Japanese cotton Ito.

Our package includes an assembled Katana sword with saya, a black cotton Katana bag, and a tube cardboard Katana box. Please note that the sword stand is not included. The Wakizashi training sword features a bamboo pattern tsuba, full tang with Hi, and a practical design. It has an approximately 21" blade, 9.5" handle, and an overall length of 32.5". The wooden handle is covered with ray skin and wrapped with black cotton cord, while the black piano lacquered wooden scabbard is tied with black cotton Sageo. This aluminum alloy sword has an unsharpened edge and is fully handmade.
