Iron Alloy Samurai Sword Tsuba with Wooden Box for Katana Wakizashi Swords

Our traditional forging methods include Heat Tempered or Clay Tempered processes. All of Handmade Sword's blades are full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, allowing for full disassembly and assembly. Most of our functional blades are made of high carbon content steel, while we also offer blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Iaido training swords.

The Tsuba and other fittings are mostly made of brass, with Tsubas available in copper, brass, iron, or alloy, depending on the specific Tsuba. As for the handle and Saya (scabbard), they are typically made of wood or other specified materials, with most handles covered in rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito.
