Handmade Practical Samurai Katana Sword with Sharp Blade

This is the economical edition of the Musashi katana, but it remains a top-of-the-line blade in its price range. The blade is handcrafted, razor sharp, and well-balanced, with a full tang design that allows for disassembly. The overall length of the sword is 40.3 inches, with a blade length of 29 inches and a black color.

The blade is made of carbon steel with a hamon along the edge, and it comes razor sharp with a visible kissake on the tip. The scabbard is wooden with a high gloss black lacquer finish and a black cotton sageo wrapped around the upper half. The scabbard throat is made of blackened steel.

The hilt features imitation ray skin with two steel pins shaped like dragons to secure it in place. The ray skin is covered with a black cotton wrap for comfort and grip, while the guard is made of blackened steel in a double ring design.

In terms of dimensions, the overall length is 30.25 inches, with a blade length of 20.5 inches and a tsuka length of 9.5 inches. The blade is constructed from through-hardened carbon steel with a wire brush gunome pattern on the hamon and a full tang design. The blade comes sharpened.

The saya is wooden with a black high gloss finish, and a black cotton sageo is tied around the kurigata. The koiguchi is a blackened steel fitting, while the tsuba is also black steel with the double ring design and is secured by two seppas. The tsuka features a blackened steel fuchi, a wooden core with imitation ray skin wrap, black cotton ito, and two alloy menuki on each side, secured by two bamboo mekugi.
