Our L6 steel Japanese sword is crafted using the traditional Japanese forging process, differential hardened and clay tempered, water quenched and polished to achieve optimal flexibility and hardness. The handle is full tang with a iron tsuba design, fixed by two bamboo nails and covered by Genuine Ray Skin wrapped with purple ito rope. The scabbard is made of real hard wood with lacquer.
