This blade is made of folded steel, folded 12 times to create 4096 layers, increasing flexibility and hardness. The repeated folding process leaves a distinct texture on the blade. Bo-hi (blood groove) on each side of the blade lightens and balances the blade for optimal performance. If you prefer without Bo-Hi, customization is available.

Two seppas spacers secure the Tsuba. The Habaki (blade collar) is made of brass. The saya (sheath) is hard wooden, lacquered with superior high gloss paint. The Sage-O is tied around the Kurikata (knob) of the saya. The Koiguchi (scabbard mouth) and Kojiri (scabbard tip) have been hardened.

The sword is pure hand forged using traditional methods, with a full tang blade forged by hand with a powered hammer, and hand polished to be strong and sharp enough for bamboo cutting. It is authentic and handmade, with all parts being able to be disassembled and reassembled like a real Sword.
