This is a high quality handmade Japanese katana with an overall length of 40.9 inches and a weight of 3.6 pounds. The blade is made of Damascus steel with oil quenching, and the blade style is blue with a textured finish. The blade grinding method is hand polish, and the blade type is SHINOGI-ZUKUR with a maru blade structure.

The blade length (Nagasa) is 71cm, and the handle length (Nakago) is 27cm. The blade width near the Habaki is 3.2cm, and near the Kissaki is 2.3cm. The blade thickness near the Habaki is 0.75cm, and near the Kissaki is 0.5cm. The Kissaki type is Chu-Kissaki.

The carbon steel katana undergoes the process of twisting and forging 1060 steel, followed by quenching and tempering to ensure the hardness and toughness of the blade. After undergoing chemical treatment, the blade turns blue, and a beautiful pattern is carved on the blade using laser engraving.
