Craftsmanship

Our blades are made of Clay Tempered L6 Steel Top Choji Hamon, laminated in a maru configuration. The blade is then clay tempered and undergoes more than 14 processes of hand sharpening. The hardness has reached 60 HRC.

Performance

Our blades come with a full-length Tang to enhance strength, and feature the Shinogi-Zukuri Shape. The Japanese top Choji Hamon pattern is done using traditional methods, requiring great skill to achieve a smooth, bright surface sharp enough to cut through thick bamboo with a single strike.

Material

Our blades are made of Clay Tempered L6 Steel Top Choji Hamon, with the saya made of real hard wood finished with lacquer work. The Tsuka core is wooden and wrapped tightly over Genuine Ray Skin with purple ito. The Tsuba, Kashira, Fuchi, and Seppa are made of High Quality Japanese Brass, while the Habaki is made of yellow pure copper.
