Our swords are made using traditional forging methods such as Heat Tempering and Clay Tempering. All of our blades are full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, allowing for full disassembly and reassembly. Most of our functional blades are crafted from high carbon content steel, while we also offer blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Iaido training swords. Our fittings, such as Tsubas, are predominantly made of brass, copper, iron, or alloy, depending on the specific Tsuba.

The handles and scabbards are made of wooden or specified materials, with most handles covered in rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito. Each package includes an assembled Katana with Saya, a Katana Bag, and does not include a stand. The Katana itself features a 1045 Clay Tempered, Damascus, with a fully hand-forged, full tang, sharp edge, and functional design. The blade measures approximately 28.5", with a 10.5" handle, and an overall length of 40.5". The wooden handle is wrapped with rayskin and black cotton cord with Menuki, and the scabbard is black piano lacquered wood with black Sageo.
