DIMENSIONS: The overall length of the sword is 20.4 inches (52 cm), with a Nagasa length of 12.2 inches (31 cm) and a handle length of 5.9 inches (15 cm). The handle is made of hard wooden material with full ray skin, while the blade is constructed from clay tempered T10 steel.
WORKMANSHIP - The blade has been laminated in a maru configuration (single type mono steel) and has undergone a process of differential hardening, clay tempering, water quenching, and polishing.
RAZOR SHARP - The blade features a Shinogi-Zukuri shape, combining a hard edge with increased sori (curvature of the blade) and a strong mune. This design allows the high-quality blade to effortlessly cut through tatami, straw mats, or bamboo during tameshigiri.
MATERIAL - The blade is crafted from clay tempered T10 steel and has undergone more than 14 processes of hand sharpening, resulting in a surface that resembles a mirror.
