SWORD CRAFTSMANSHIP - This sturdy and strong clay tempering dragon katana is made by experienced sword smiths using traditional methods of handcrafting swords. More than 10 production processes are involved, including material selection, forging, hardening, quenching, polishing, grinding, sharpening, and final assembly, all of which are finished manually.

PERFORMANCE - Featuring a battle-ready, real sharp blade with good hardness and elasticity, this katana easily meets actual combat requirements. It can cut trees, fruit, water bottles, chop bamboo, slice tatami mats, and even slice through paper.

RANGE OF APPLICATION - This katana is suitable for collection, exhibition, or gifting to family and friends. It can also be used for sword cutting training, self-defense, or cosplay.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - It is important to keep the sword away from water and avoid leaving it in damp or direct sunlight to prevent rusting. Due to its sharpness, it should not be pointed at people or animals, and it must be kept out of reach of children under 16 years old.

MAINTENANCE - Avoid touching the blade with your hands to prevent cuts or rust from sweat corroding the blade. Do not cut hard objects such as stones or wires, as this could cause damage to the blade. Regularly clean the blade and apply a thin layer of maintenance oil to prevent oxidization and rust.

KATANA BLADE - The blade is made of 1095 carbon steel and is repeatedly forged and polished using a traditional process called clay tempering. It features a real hamon, HRC 60, and a blade shape Shinogidukuri. Additionally, it has a Full Tang, which greatly enhances the strength of the sword, and is easy to sheath.

TSUKA - HANDLE - This katana features a humanized design with a handle that is easy to grip and comfortable to use. It has a hard wood core, red imitated rayskin Samegawa, alloy dragon kashira & fuchi & menuki, and black synthetic silk tsukamaki (Hineri maki), fixed by 2 wooden mekugi (pegs).

SAYA - SCABBARD - The glossy black lacquer with a red pattern hardwood scabbard is wrapped by a black red synthetic silk sageo.
