Handmade Spring Steel Medieval Sword with Scabbard

We have conducted research and made improvements to medieval swords based on references to literature and samples of medieval swords. The handle of the medieval sword is traditionally fixed and unable to be dismantled. However, it is common for the handle to become loose during use, making it difficult to repair. To address this issue, we have improved the fixing method of the handle by using a nail+thread+threaded sheath fixing method, which will make it easier for beginners to maintain.

Our medieval swords are made of 5160 spring steel, and the edge is obtained through forging and oil quenching treatment, ensuring exceptional toughness. They can generally be bent to 60 ° without deformation. When tested by a hardness tester, the hardness distribution is around 50-55Hrc. This means that our swords can pass through wood products with ease.

The scabbard is made of grade A synthetic leather, providing enhanced wear resistance. With outstanding design and good weight distribution, our swords are an excellent choice.
