Fully Hand Forged Functional Samurai Katana Sword with Dragon Engraved

We believe in keeping our customers happy by providing them with the best swords at a competitive price. Our traditional forging methods include Heat Tempered or Clay Tempered techniques. Our blades are all full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, and they can be fully disassembled and assembled. Most of our functional blades are made of high carbon content steel, although we also offer blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Iaido training swords. Our Tsuba and other fittings are mostly made of brass, with Tsubas available in copper, brass, iron, or alloy, depending on each tsuba. The handles and scabbards are made of wood or other specified materials, with most handles covered by rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito.

One of our popular products is the 1095 carbon content steel fully hand-forged clay temper katana Japanese sword. With an Aeolus tsuba and dragon engraving on the blade, this functional sword features an approximately 28.3" blade, a 10.9" handle, and an overall length of 41". The wooden handle is wrapped with ray skin and black cotton cord with Menuki, and it comes with a black piano lacquered wooden scabbard tied with black cotton Sageo.
