Demon Slayer Sword, T10 High Carbon Steel Clay Tempered Samurai Katana

This fully handmade sharp sword is made of 1095 high carbon steel in the Japanese style, making it a fully tang handforged ninja samurai katana. The blade, although unsharpened, is designed for heavy training use and is secured with dual bamboo pegs. It can be easily taken apart for care, display, or demonstration, and is ready for sharpening after training.

The blade is a result of dozens of Longquan manufacturing processes in China, including making, hot forging, shoveling, deadening, grinding, heat treatment, tempering, repairing, and truing. It is thoroughly tempered and fabricated, with a hardness of 52HRC. The blade is sharp enough to cut through a piece of paper, and strong enough to cut through bamboo with a single strike.

Made of high-quality Japanese samurai katana, the blade is forged and polished repeatedly using traditional techniques, folded 13 times to create a visible grain pattern that comes from the repeated forging process. The Tsuba, kasira-pommel/fuchi, Seppa, and Habaki are all made of pure copper, ensuring they won't fade or discolor over time. The handle is made of wood, covered with artificial fishskin and wrapped with black cotton rope, while the sheath is repeatedly polished and lacquered with beautiful and delicate patterns. The Sageo is made of black cotton rope.

This 1095 high carbon steel blade weighs 1.20kg/2.6pound, with a total length of 103 cm/40.55 inches, a handle length of 26 cm/10.24 inches, and a blade length of 71 cm/27.95 inches. It has a hardness of 52HRC, no blood groove, a Sori of 1.8cm/0.71in, and comes in black color.
