Product Description - Bamboo Straight Knife

This Bamboo straight knife has an overall length of 101cm (39.76in), with a 25.5cm (10in) Ches in handle length, and a 69cm (27.16in) blade length. The blade itself is 3.2cm (1.25in) in width, 0.6cm (0.23in) in thickness, and weighs 1.5kg (23.3Ib), with a hardness of 60HR.

The sword is constructed from 1095 high carbon steel, with a blade that has undergone multiple heat treatments and hand forging to eliminate impurities, ensuring both strength and flexibility.

The scabbard is crafted from wood, featuring hand-carved Bamboo leaf designs. The sword is also handmade and hand-sharpened to produce a perfect blade, making it extremely sharp. Traditional hand forging techniques are used, utilizing high carbon steel to achieve the desired results.

The production process follows traditional methods, including the burning and melting of iron in a furnace, and the carburization process to create sword blanks. The sword body is treated with a quenching agent using ancient methods to soften and balance hardness and softness. Hand polishing, group grinding, bundling grinding, and precision grinding are utilized to create a delicate, smooth finish, with a chilling light. Patterns, storefronts, and other designs are hand-carved using steel needles.

Each step, from material selection, forging, quenching, polishing, grinding, to final assembly, is meticulously executed by hand, ensuring the highest quality in every sword produced.
