Our swords are made using traditional forging methods such as Heat Tempering and Clay Tempering. The blades of our swords are full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, allowing for full disassembly and reassembly. Our functional blades are primarily made of high carbon steel, with options for stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Aikido training swords.

The fittings for our swords are largely made of brass, with options for copper, brass, iron, or alloy depending on the specific piece. Handles and scabbards are typically made of wood and covered in ray skin, wrapped in Japanese cotton Ito. Our Katana Sword package includes an assembled sword with saya, a black cotton bag, and a cardboard box, with the option to add a sword stand separately.

Our Wakizashi Training Sword, featuring a Musashi pattern tsuba, is made of aluminum alloy with an unsharpened edge. It is fully handmade, with a full tang and Hi, and measures approximately 21 inches in blade length, 9.5 inches in handle length, and 32.5 inches overall. The wooden handle is covered with ray skin and wrapped in black cotton cord, while the scabbard is made of black piano lacquered wood and tied with black cotton Sageo.
