Fully Hand Forged 1080/1095 Steel Samurai Katana Sword with Wooden Scabbard

Our traditional forging methods include heat tempering or clay tempering. All of our blades are full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith, and they can be fully disassembled and assembled. Most of our functional blades are made of high carbon content steel, while we also offer blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Iaido training swords. Our Tsuba and other fittings are primarily made of brass, and for Tsubas, we use copper, brass, iron, or alloy, depending on the type.

The handles and scabbards, or Saya, are made of wood or other specified materials. Most handles are covered by rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito. Our package includes a fully assembled Katana with Saya and a Katana Bag.

One of our popular products is the 1095 Carbon Content Steel, Fully Hand Forged Clay Temper Kill Bill Bride Katana Sword, featuring the Kill Bill Lion emblem engraved on the blade and is battle-ready. It has an approximately 28.5" blade, a 10.5" handle, and overall length of 40.5". The wooden handle is wrapped with ray skin and black leather, while the black piano lacquered wooden scabbard is tied with black cotton Sageo.
