The Demon Slayer sword is 100% pure hand forged using traditional heat-treated methods, including quenching, tempering, and oil-quenching to achieve a flexibility level and a hardness of 58 HRC. The Full Tang blade is hand forged with an Iron Tang, and the handle is secured with 2 bamboo pegs to ensure safety during use. The sword has an overall length of 105cm/41in, a blade length of 72cm/28in, and a Tsuka length of 30cm/11.8in. Additionally, the blade width is 3.2cm/1.26in and the blade thickness is 0.7cm/0.28in.
