The handle of the sword is secured by two "bamboo nails", which greatly enhances its stability. The handle rope is manually wrapped with pure cotton, ensuring a tight, sweat-absorbing, skid-resistant grip. The blade is repeatedly forged and polished using traditional and unique methods, resulting in an exceptionally smooth surface.

Production Process: This Japanese sword is made of T10 carbon steel through a series of processes including hot forging, cutting, quenching, grinding, heat treatment, tempering, repair, and refurbishment. The blade is fully tempered, repeatedly heat treated, and hand forged to eliminate impurities. It is then tempered with clay to achieve toughness, flexibility, and a distinctive blade grain pattern (Hamon).

Materials: The Tsuba is made of alloy material with elegant patterns, ensuring long-lasting color and quality. The sheath is crafted from wood and meticulously polished and lacquered, featuring beautiful and intricate designs. The handle (Tsuka) is made of wood and wrapped with white artificial fishskin inside (Samekawa), and black cotton rope. The Sageo, a thick black cotton rope, provides a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing finish.
