The blade measures approximately 27.8" with the Habaki and 26.8" without, while the handle is 10.9" long. The overall length, including the Saya, is 40.6". The tsuka, or handle, is wrapped with genuine rayskin and Japanese cotton Ito, and ornamented with Menuki. The saya, or scabbard, is made of black piano lacquered wood and is tied with Japanese cotton Sageo.
This brand new Katana comes with a package that includes the assembled Katana with saya, a cotton Katana bag, and a tube Katana box. The weight of the sword with the saya is 2 lbs, and without the saya, it is 1.4 lbs.
