Blade: Aluminum with unsharpened edge and long hi on each side. The handle, or otsuka, is made of genuine ray skin wrapped with Japanese cotton ito and ornamented with a manuka. The tang is a full tang signed with the smith's signature and the tsuba is a dragon tsp made of aluminum alloy. This katana training sword is fully handmade and features a practical design.

The approximate measurements of the sword are 28" for the blade, 11" for the handle, and 41" overall. The wooden handle is covered with ray skin and wrapped with black cotton cord. The black piano lacquered wooden scabbard is tied with black cotton sageo.
