Not sure what length of cane you need? The standard length is 36", but you may require a custom fit. You can measure your old cane, consult your therapist, or measure the distance from your wrist bone to the floor with your hand hanging loose to determine the necessary length.

If you need a cane shorter than 36", our standard Asterom canes are sold at 36" but can be easily cut using a wood saw. Alternatively, you can order a custom-length cane with a handling time of approximately 4-5 weeks.

For those who need a longer cane, we can make custom canes up to 41" in length, with a handling time of about 4-5 weeks. To order a custom length, send us a message before placing your order.

Want to replace the rubber cane tip with a different tip or a quad base? Absolutely. You can replace the cane tip with any other that has an internal diameter of 7/8". Each cane comes with a spare cane tip, and we also sell wide-base cane tips for our canes.

Our unique gothic walking cane features a carved knob handle in the shape of a skull, suitable for both men and women. Handmade by skilled artisans from solid oak, these stylish wood canes undergo smooth hand-sanding and are coated to the same standards as premium wooden interior trimming in cars. The total length of the Skull walking stick is 36", but it can be custom-cut. If you require a specific size, please contact us before placing your order. The handle and shaft are connected with a long dowel screw made of heat-treated carbon steel, creating a durable connection and allowing for handle changes. Additionally, the rubber tip provides extra shock absorption for safety and comfort and can be easily replaced with any other tip with an inner diameter of 7/8". All our fashionable canes come with a spare rubber tip.
