Our traditional forging methods include heat tempered or clay tempered techniques. Each blade is full tang and engraved with the signature of the swordsmith. They can be fully disassembled and assembled. Most of our functional blades are made of high carbon content steel, while we also offer blades made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy for Iaido training swords. The Tsuba and other fittings are mostly made of brass, with variations including copper, iron, or alloy depending on the specific Tsuba. The handles and scabbards are made of wood or other specified materials, and most handles are covered with ray skin and Japanese cotton Ito.

Our package includes an assembled Wakizashi sword with Saya, a black cotton Wakizashi bag, and a tube cardboard Wakizashi box. Please note that a sword stand is not included. The 1045 Damascus, fully handmade quality Japanese samurai Wakizashi sword features a dragon Tsuba, full tang, sharp edge, and is fully functional. The approximate measurements are a 21" blade, 9.5" handle, and an overall length of 32.5". The wooden handle is wrapped with ray skin and black cotton cord with a dragon Menuki, and the scabbard is made of black piano lacquered wood with black Sageo.
