Handmade Black Blade Katana Sword: Real Japanese Samurai Sword

【Sword Specifications】 The Katana weighs 1.4kg, with an overall length of 40.9"/104cm and a Nagasa (blade length) of 28.0"/ 71cm. The blade width near the habaki measures 1.26" / 3.2cm, while the width near the kissaki is 0.91" / 2.3cm. The blade thickness is 0.28" / 0.7cm, and the Tsuka (handle) length is 10.6"/ 27cm.

【Craftsmanship】 This katana is crafted from 9260 Spring Steel Blade and has undergone meticulous hand-forging and more than 10 processes of hand sharpening work. From material selection, forge, quenching, to final assembly, all steps are completed manually. The blade has a hardness of 60 HRC.

【Performance】 The full-length Tang enhances the strength of the sword, and the surface is smooth, bright, and sharp enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree in a single strike. It is also sharp enough to cut fruit, water bottles, and more.

【Material】 The blade is made of Spring 9260 Steel with a high-quality kissaki, while the Saya is made of real hard wood with lacquer. The Tsuka (Handle) is crafted from Imitation Ray Skin (Samegawa) and wrapped with black leather rope. The handle is fixed by two bamboo nails, and the tsuba, Habaki, and Seppa are made of Brass. Kashira and Fuchi are made of Ferroalloy.
