This exquisite sword features an iron tsuba and leaf steel fuchigashira (hilt collar and pommel), and is constructed with 1095 high carbon steel. The blade is fully hand-forged and clay tempered, with no hi (blood groove), and is adorned with a Kill Bill lion emblem. The edge has been meticulously sharpened by Japanese whetstone, and the sword also boasts a handcrafted hamon (tempered line).

The tsuka (handle) is made of wood and covered in genuine ray skin, wrapped in black genuine leather ito with menuki. The tang is full, with 2 wood pegs (mekugi) and is engraved with Hattori Hanzo's signature. The saya (scabbard) is constructed of black piano lacquered wood and is wrapped with tan cotton sageo (cord). This katana can be fully disassembled and reassembled for maintenance and care.

The blade length, with habaki, measures approximately 28.5", while the handle length is 10.5". The overall length, with saya, is 40.5". The weight, including saya, is 2.8 lb, and without saya, it is 2.4 lb. The package includes 1 assembled katana with saya, 1 black cotton katana bag, and 1 tube cardboard katana box.
